My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the usual toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers you'd expect from a top-notch hotel. However, the uncertainty about room availability was a bit disappointing. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Dusseldorf, surrounded by great shopping opportunities and restaurants.
